It is important to note that if your Nymi Band is lost, all of its stored information (including your biometric profile and links to services) will be inaccessible to anyone who has the band in their possession. You cannot recover your profile without your original Nymi Band so losing your band will require you to enroll on a new Nymi Band. To use your Nymi Band app with a new Nymi Band, you must reset the app. You will also need to reconnect any provisioned services when you set up a new Nymi Band.
If you find your original Nymi Band and have not reset your Nymi Band app, you may continue to use it as normal. If you have reset your Nymi Band app, you must factory reset your Nymi Band.
