Perform the following steps to enable debug mode for Evidian log files.
- Launch regedit.exe.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\.
- If Debug exists, confirm that the TraceLevel value is 0x00000005(5).
- If the Debug folder does not exist, rename _Debug to >Debug
- If the Debug folder exists but the TraceLevel value is not 0x00000005(5), perform the following steps:
- Rename Debug to Debug_.
- Rename _Debug to >Debug.
- Close regedit.exe.
- Restart the user terminal. On the EAM controller, restart the Enterprise Access Management Security Service service.
Logs files are generated in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Evidian\WSGG\Logs directory.
