Enabling Debug Mode in Evidian

Perform the following steps to enable debug mode for Evidian log files.

  1. Launch regedit.exe.
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\.
  3. If Debug exists, confirm that the TraceLevel value is 0x00000005(5). 
    • If the Debug folder does not exist, rename _Debug to Debug
    • If the Debug folder exists but the TraceLevel value is not 0x00000005(5), perform the following steps:
      • Rename Debug to Debug_
      • Rename _Debug to Debug
  4. Close regedit.exe.
  5. Restart the user terminal. On the EAM controller, restart the Enterprise Access Management Security Service service.

    Logs files are generated in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Evidian\WSGG\Logs directory.
