This error message appears on the Window Login screen.
The EAM Security Services service is not running.
Start the service by performing the following actions:
- Log into the machine with your username and password.
- Open the Services applet, double-click Enterprise Access Management Security Services.
- Ensure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic, and then click OK.
- Start the Enterprise Access Management Security Services service. Ensure that the status of the service displays Running.
