Enterprise SSO icon does not appear in the system tray.
The Enterprise SSO application is not running. This can occur after you disable the Enterprise Access Manager Security Services service and then stop the service.
To resolve this issue, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Evidian\Enterprise Access Management.
- Double-click SSOengine.exe.
- When prompted, log in with your username and password.
