How to Free Up Evidian Licenses

When you blacklist the Nymi Band entries for a user in Evidian, the SSO data for the user remains.  Users with SSO data are active users and continue to consume an Evidian license.

To disassociate the user from the Evidian license, perform the following steps.

NOTE:  These steps apply to configurations that use AD LDS.

  1. Disable the user account in Active Directory.
  2. Log into the Evidian Access Mangement (EAM) Console as an EAM Administrator.
  3. From the Help menu select About to make note of the number of licenses.
  4. From the File menu, select SSO & Active Directory disabled accounts, as shown in the following figure.

  5. On the Disabled accounts with SSO data window, select the user to remove the SSO data, and then click Delete SSO data.
  6. From the Help menu select About to make note of the number of licenses.
