Unable to reach NES Due to the Error - Exception of Type 'NEM.Server.WebApiException' was thrown.

This error message appears when you launch the Nymi Band Application.

Cause

The instance name in the URL registry key value is in a case that differs from the IIS configuration for NES.

Edit the NES URL and change the value.

Run regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nymi\NES.
Right-click URL and select Modify.
In the Value Data field, ensure that the case of the instance name matches what appears in IIS for NES.
Restart the Nymi Band Application.

Note: CWP 1.19.2 and later resolves this issue and the instance name is not case sensitive in the URL value.
