While troubleshooting an issue, you might be required to restart, or reboot, the Nymi Band.
Note: A restart does not change any data on the Nymi Band. The Nymi Band remains registered to the employee and enrolled in the enterprise.
Perform the following steps to restart the Nymi Band.
1. Ask the employee to remove the Nymi Band.
2. Plug the Nymi Band into a charger.
3. Press and hold the top button for about 10 seconds, until the word RESTART flashes on the screen. The following figure shows the RESTART message.
